Gj\u00f8r rotfylling vondt?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rotfylling av tann<\/a> utf\u00f8res vanligvis med bed\u00f8velse, og er derfor helt smertefri.<\/p>\n

Hvor lenge tar rotbehandling?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Behandlingstiden avhenger av type tann, oppbygning av r\u00f8tter og andre forhold i munnhulen. I gjennomsnitt kan rotfylling av en tann med 3 eller 4 r\u00f8tter (f. eks. f\u00f8rste jeksel) vare 1-3 timer. Noen ganger krever behandlingen et st\u00f8rre antall seanser.<\/p>\n

Hvorfor er rotfylling s\u00e5 dyrt?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Behandlingsprisen avhenger av mange faktorer:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. En moderne endodontisk behandling (rotfylling) krever bruk av dyrt utstyr.<\/li>\n
  2. I l\u00f8pet av behandlingsprosessen bruker tannlegen flere profesjonelle og presise redskap i ulike st\u00f8rrelser, laget av titan og nikkel. De er produsert av anerkjente produsenter og brukes i verdens beste tannkontorer. De kan brukes maksimum noen f\u00e5 ganger, men det hender at de blir skadet i rotkanalen etter \u00e5 ha blitt brukt kun \u00e9n gang.<\/li>\n
  3. Rotbehandling krever \u00e5 ta ca. 3 r\u00f8ntgenbilder<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  4. Dessuten krever den bruk av flere kjemiske midler som bidrar til \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 varig behandlingseffekt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Garanterer rotbehandling at jeg bevarer tannen i mange \u00e5r fremover?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Rotfylling lykkes i omlag 96 prosent av tilfellene, og gir stor sjanse for at tannen blir bevart i lang tid; likevel kan tannlege ikke garantere gode effekter. Tannlege tar ansvar for at behandlingsprosessen er utf\u00f8rt p\u00e5 en korrekt m\u00e5te og i tr\u00e5d med god medisinsk praksis.<\/p>\n

    Hva er de vanligste \u00e5rsakene til en mislykket behandling?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Det at rotfyllingen er mislykket er vanligvis for\u00e5rsaket av tannens oppbygning, og s\u00e6rlig r\u00f8tter som gj\u00f8r det umulig \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re behandlingen p\u00e5 en effektiv m\u00e5te. Av og til kan det oppst\u00e5 komplikasjoner pga. immunologiske \u00e5rsaker eller systemisk infeksjon, selv om behandlingen har blitt gjennomf\u00f8rt riktig.<\/p>\n

    Kanskje det bare er best \u00e5 trekke tannen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Selv om det foreligger en risiko for at behandlingen ikke blir vellykket, er det likevel sv\u00e6rt verdt \u00e5 ta denne risikoen og b\u00e6re behandlingskostnaden. \u00c5 trekke tannen er mye dyrere og medf\u00f8rer store konsekvenser. Kostnaden til erstatning av en trukket tann med implantat (kunstig rot) og gjenoppbygging av tannkronen er minst et par tusen zloty.
